Article 10 General information
1. Without prejudice to the information requirements established in current regulations, the information society service provider will be obliged to have the means that allow both the recipients of the service and the competent bodies , access by electronic means, permanently, easily, directly and free of charge, to the following information:

Cancellation of orders-reservations:

The client may cancel the entire amount of the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival at the hotel (checkin)

Return and Refund:

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. There is no refund for cancellations made with less than 7 days to arrival.
